Rozembersky is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the founding member of Roz Criminal Law. She was born in a small central Florida town and grew up on a cattle ranch. While Sunny was homeschooled for the majority of her primary school years, she began attending the local college in her Sophomore year in high school as part of the Dual Enrollment program. This program allowed her to simultaneously earn credits towards both her high school requirements and college credit hours. She then transferred to Suffolk University in Boston, MA on an academic scholarship where she earned a dual degree in Marketing and Management and graduated in the top five percent of her class. Sunny then attended Massachusetts School of Law and passed the Massachusetts bar exam on the first attempt. Her legal career began eight years ago as a paralegal for a few notorious Massachusetts criminal defense attorneys. On her first day of work, she was thrown into an attempted murder trial where she sat as second chair. She quickly honed in legal writing and research and began winning life-felony cases on motion as a first year law student. During her second year of law school, she obtained her 3.03 certification which allowed her to represent indigent individuals in criminal proceedings in the Commonwealth. Attorney Rozembersky also brings a decade of experience working in the mental health field. She worked with the Florida based non-profit To Write Love On Her Arms for several years as well as Samaritan’s Hope in Boston. Her vast experience working with individuals in various states of crisis transfers to her work in the criminal legal system and she guides people through what it often the most difficult time in their life.
